🗣️ ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ ΝΕΟΥ ΠΡΟΠΟΝΗΤΗ ΑΝΔΡΙΚΗΣ ΟΜΑΔΑΣ
Η διοίκηση του Άτλα με ιδιαίτερη χαρά και τιμή ανακοινώνει την ανάληψη της τεχνικής ηγεσίας της Ανδρικής μας ομάδας από τον Ξενοφώντα Γήτα.
Ο Ξενοφών Γήτας δεν είναι απλώς ένα ακόμα στέλεχος του συλλόγου. Είναι μέλος της οικογένειας του Άτλα από την πρώτη κιόλας μέρα της ίδρυσης του σωματείου, έχοντας συνδέσει το όνομά του με την ανάπτυξη και καθιέρωση του συλλόγου στον χώρο του ερασιτεχνικού ποδοσφαίρου.
Πριν τη στροφή του στην προπονητική, ο Ξενοφών Γήτας υπήρξε επαγγελματίας ποδοσφαιριστής επί σειρά ετών, αγωνιζόμενος σε ομάδες της Α’, Β’ και Γ’ Εθνικής, με κορυφαίους σταθμούς στην καριέρα του τον Παναθηναϊκό και τον ΠΑΣ Γιάννινα, όπου μάλιστα διετέλεσε και αρχηγός. Επίσης, αγωνίστηκε στην Κύπρο, ενώ υπήρξε και μέλος της Εθνικής Ελπίδων. Η εμπειρία, η προσωπικότητα και η αγωνιστική του διαδρομή αποτελούν παρακαταθήκη για τη μετάβασή του στην προπονητική, με την ίδια αφοσίωση και πάθος για το ποδόσφαιρο.
Στον Άτλα έχει προσφέρει σπουδαίο έργο στα αναπτυξιακά τμήματα, διαμορφώνοντας και αναδεικνύοντας νέα ταλέντα, με πολλούς από αυτούς να αποτελούν πλέον βασικά στελέχη της Ανδρικής ομάδας. Παράλληλα, έχει αποκτήσει πολύτιμη προπονητική εμπειρία, προετοιμάζοντας με συνέπεια το σημερινό του βήμα.
Η φιλοσοφία του Άτλα παραμένει σαφής και σταθερή: ένας κορμός από νεαρούς ποδοσφαιριστές που προέρχονται από τις ακαδημίες μας, ενισχυμένος στοχευμένα από έμπειρους παίκτες που μπορούν να λειτουργήσουν ως αγωνιστικοί και ηθικοί ηγέτες μέσα στο γήπεδο. Ο Ξενοφών Γήτας είναι ο ιδανικός άνθρωπος για να υλοποιήσει αυτό το πλάνο, καθώς το έχει ζήσει, το πιστεύει και το εκπροσωπεί.
